The construction industry is changing rapidly, and Stoke-on-Trent is at the forefront of what is set to be a revolution in the way we build houses.

NU Build is an exciting concept in house-building, which puts Stoke-on-Trent right at the centre of the drive to create sustainable and affordable homes.

Led by RENEW North Staffordshire, NU Build is an ambitious project  which aims to:

• showcase affordable modern methods of construction
• establish a regional knowledge centre for sustainable buildings
• set the standard for new methods of construction training
