Renew North Staffordshire logo
RENEW, North Staffordshire: the agency set up to deliver a programme to improve the long-term future of Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire Moorlands and the surrounding area. Funded by the Department of Communities and Local Government, RENEW plans to invest £2.3 billion over the next 15 years to transform the local housing market and make North Staffordshire a place where people want to live, work and enjoy.

 


Stoke-on-Trent College: one of Englands largest colleges of further education providing both full and part time further and higher education courses for more than 15,000 students. The college is a Centre of Vocational Excellence for construction training and plays a key role in the various programmes to help local school leavers into construction jobs that are being created through North Staffordshire?s regeneration.

 

West Midlands Centre For Constructing Excellence logo
West Midlands Centre For Constructing Excellence (WMCCE): aims to improve the capabilities and competitiveness of the West Midlands construction industry by promoting best practice and innovation. It provides specialist business improvement assistance to help local businesses in the construction and building technologies sectors. It also supports the region's Constructing Excellence clubs and delivers the regional demonstration programme to showcase innovation and best practice.

BRE: The BRE Trust Companies, BRE and BRE Global, are world leading research, consultancy, training, testing and certification organisations delivering sustainability and innovation across the built environment and beyond.

Streif UK: this off-site manufacturing specialist has an international client base and reputation for creating high quality offsite manufactured housing. With more than 77 years of experience in the construction industry they specialise in the delivery of first fix offsite manufactured sustainable buildings. They use renewable and non-toxic materials combined with quality craftsmanship and innovative technologies to provide eco friendly, energy efficient and cost effective building solutions from their German manufacturing base.

 

Kier Group logo
Kier Group: a leading construction, development and service group specialising in building and civil engineering, support services, private house building and property development. The Group employs more than 9,000 people worldwide and has an annual revenue in excess of £2.1bn. In North Staffordshire, Kier Stoke is a joint venture company formed with the City Council to deliver a repairs and maintenance service for the city?s social housing and public buildings.
